This Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Complex for CNATT consists of multiple buildings including a hangar bay and an instructional / administrative facility for Huey and Cobra Helicopter operations and maintenance, plus an adjacent 3-level parking structure.  The four-story CNATT training facility accommodates up to 400 students, 100 instructors and 2 commanding officers. The program includes classrooms, learning resource centers, administrative offices, executive suite, instructor’s and student lounges, multi-purpose auditorium, lobby with central duty desk, restrooms with showers and lockers, and a large entry plaza. The hangar featured radiant heating, ventilation, fire protection systems, lighting and lighting controls, daylight harvesting, compressed air, trench drain systems, emergency eyewashes, grounding systems, and special power systems.
